Our family is thankful for your offer of free Showtime during the coronavirus pandemic. We have had charter spectrum for over 30 years and this has been a very welcomed free service during this time of our lives to stay at home. Thank you for your support to add this service. We thank you and know you are doing your part to support all during these trying days.

Why does spectrum charge you for the whole month when you disconnect service? that's like theft...?

“That's their business model. Don't refund for services not used. It's a subscription service and they're always right!”

“Customer service starts with a 45 minute wait to talk to a tech support person whose only skill is changing the password. They can't explain why the password is randomly changed and can't pass you on to anybody that can explain their horrible service. STAY AWAY! You will save hours of headache and frustration.”

Sick of constant connection issues. i am going to cancel. $110 per month for constant issues.

Is there additional cost for a third and forth dvr?

“They charge you for any and all all DVRs in Ga I believe it is over 12 dollars for the first and do not know pricing for additional.”

How come a new customer can get a better package deal than a 14 year customer?
