"Setting up the install was way easier than I thought"
I go on spectrum.com to schedule my install and it was simple. The available times popped up right away, and I was able to grab one that worked for me without calling anybody. The confirmation email come fast too. Not gonna lie, it was a lot easier than I was expecting.

"Equipment has been solid so far"
I got the modem and router from Spectrum a few months back, and so far they’ve been solid. Setup wasn’t too bad, but I still had to mess with cords, call up the app, wait for things to activate, and do the usual annoying little steps that make something “easy” still feel like a chore.

Once it was finally up and running, the wifi reached most of my apartment without much trouble. The router hasn’t been randomly dropping like my old one used to, and speeds have been steady enough on my TV, laptop, and phone, so I’ll give it credit there.

I only had to restart it once after a storm, which I guess is normal, but I hate having to crawl around and unplug stuff just to get the internet back. Overall though, the equipment itself has been fine and works like it’s supposed to

"Barely had to wait"
I called in about my internet bill expecting to be stuck on hold forever, but someone answered after maybe 3 minutes. They helped me out fast and I was done quickly. way better than I expected for phone support

"Internet has been steady so far"
I’ve had spectrum for a few months now, and so far it’s been solid. I don’t want to jinx it, but we’ve barely had any drops, even with the kids streaming and me working from home. I still keep my phone hotspot ready just in case, because I don’t like being caught off guard, but there hasn’t been much to complain about.

The contract was actually clear, which I wasn’t expecting. Canceling later was easy too, with no weird hassle or runaround. For once, a company managed to keep things simple enough that I didn’t have to overthink it.

I’ve had Spectrum for a while now, and it hardly ever goes out where I am. There might’ve been one or two quick outages, but it wasn’t anything serious. It usually comes back fast, so I don’t really end up worrying about that whole thing much.

"I went into the Spectrum store..."
I went into the Spectrum store because I needed to fix a billing issue and swap out my old modem. I was kind of expecting it to be a whole annoying process, you know? But the guy at the counter was really nice and didn’t act like I was bothering him, which I appreciated.

I was in and out in about 20 minutes, which felt quick to me, unless I just got lucky. Everything worked fine when I got home too, so overall I’m happy with how it went.

"Strong WiFi all around the house"
I’ve been using Spectrum WiFi for a little while now, the coverage has been really solid. I can work from the bedroom without issues, stream shows in the living room, and still get a decent signal out on the porch, which is impressive. There have been a couple of slower moments here and there, but nothing that’s really caused a problem. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel confident recommending it if you want WiFi that actually reaches where you need it.

The tech showed up on time, which I appreciated, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first because things were going almost too smoothly, but he kept it simple and professional the whole time.

Checked my bill this month and, shockingly, it wasn’t some sneaky little nonsense parade. No weird charges, no random fees, just exactly what I expected. Nice to not have to deal with that crap for once.

"Honestly, good for the price"
I’ve had Spectrum for a bit now my first reaction is like… okay, this is actually a decent deal. The speed I’m getting feels fair for what I’m paying, and the bill is easy enough to understand, which I appreciate. I haven’t really had many problems either. Compared to what I was paying before, this just feels like a better value for me.

"Pretty easy to manage my account"
I’ve been using spectrum.com mostly to check my bill and keep an eye on my account, it’s been easy. I’m not the most patient person with websites, especially when I’m trying to get something done quick, so I appreciate that it doesn’t make things complicated.
Logging in is fast, the layout is simple enough, and I can usually find my services, payments, and settings without wandering around the site forever. Half the time I’m doing it between errands or while I’m distracted, so it helps that everything is where I expect it to be.
I like being able to handle the small stuff myself instead of calling support every time, because I’ll admit I put off phone calls whenever I can. It’s nothing fancy, but it works well for what I need.

"Pretty easy setup, just a bit of waiting"
Getting my Spectrum modem and router set up was simple. The app picked everything up after I restarted it once, and then the wifi was working in, I’d say, about 20 minutes. The only thing that bugged me was waiting for the modem lights to stop doing their thing, like you’re just standing there wondering if it’s done yet. But yeah, overall it went fine

"It works, but the bill feels off"
The internet is mostly fine and I don’t really have many issues with the connection itself. But the billing just leaves a bad feeling. There are these extra fees that keep showing up, and I don’t remember them being explained clearly. I had to call twice just to figure out what was going on, which was frustrating. It’s not terrible, but something about it feels annoying and kind of unfair.

“Customer service starts with a 45 minute wait to talk to a tech support person whose only skill is changing the password. They can't explain why the password is randomly changed and can't pass you on to anybody that can explain their horrible service. STAY AWAY! You will save hours of headache and frustration.”

Sick of constant connection issues. i am going to cancel. $110 per month for constant issues.

Is there additional cost for a third and forth dvr?
